Suggested by law enforcement to learn how to use a rifle and have ammo on hand for attacks that may be similar to what happened in Israel from Hamas.
They could go house to house killing people, and you can't call the military (Both the Governor and the President have to OK the NG to be activated, the military only takes orders from the Pentagon save SOCOM, who is reporting to Trump)... law enforcement will be overwhelmed.
We need to be prepared.

“Thank you for reaching out. FBI Director Wray, the Heads of Britian's MI6, German, French, and Australian Intelligence Service, did a rare joint news conference not long ago. Much of what Sheriff Jones said was also highlighted in that news conference. We had a meeting just last Friday with the Omaha FBI Field Office Special Agent in Charge and we discussed a number of threats including agri-terrorism. The Chinese have been stealing America's agriculture technology for quite some time.
“Of the steps Sheriff Jones said he was implementing in Butler County, most of those have already been implemented in Lancaster County. We have issued our deputies patrol rifles for many years; our county-city Information Technology department has done a great job of protecting our computer system; Nebraska's Law enforcement professionals train together at conferences and seminars. We partnered with the Lincoln Police Department for a citizen's academy; the Lancaster County Office of Emergency Management has developed plans to prepare, mitigate, protect, and respond to an emergency.
