The U.S. conducts the first boarding and seizure of an Iranian ship attempting to break the blockade, MV Touska.
The US destroyer Spruance fired into the ship and disabled it before US Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit took control of the vessel.
This follows on the heels of Iranian attacks on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz on Friday, April 17.
