Air Canada Express Flight 8646, a Bombardier CRJ-900 operated by Jazz Aviation from Montreal, collided with a Port Authority fire truck on Runway 4 shortly after landing late Sunday night.
The high-speed impact (around 93-105 mph) destroyed the cockpit, killing both the pilot and co-pilot instantly.
41 passengers and crew were hospitalized, with some serious injuries reported.
