The Trump administration today announced the elimination of an Obama-era decision by the EPA known as "the endangerment finding".
The 2009 finding has served as the basis for regulating greenhouse gas emissions in the United States, including the creation of vehicle emissions standards and more.
Steve Milloy, former Trump EPA transition team member and senior fellow at the Energy and Environment Legal Institute, and Bart Marcois, former Energy Department Official and president of Marcois Partners International Corporation, joined NTD to discuss the repeal of this finding.
