Due process for disbarment from the federal courts is the stroke of a pen. From the practice of law it’s a different matter, and each state has its own process. This differs from removing a federal judge from the bench, which is yet another process.
The glue of the legal system is voluntary compliance. These renegade judges had best stifle themselves lest they erode what public respect is left. Roberts should be melting down Boasberg’s phone, but I doubt he is.
