Snapshots and Notes

Chatham House, also known as the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), was initially formed to keep the U.S. under British control. It is an independent policy institute based in London. It was founded in 1920 and is located in St James’s Square. King Charles III serves as its patron, providing formal support through a royal charter, although he has no official governance role. The institute accepts individual members, as well as members from corporations, academic institutions, embassies, and NGOs.

The Chatham House Rule originated at the institute in 1927. This rule allows participants in a meeting to discuss its content outside the meeting, but they cannot reveal the identity or affiliation of any speaker or other participant. The purpose of this rule is to facilitate frank and open discussions by ensuring confidentiality.

Chatham House engages with governments, the private sector, civil society, and its members in debates on international affairs, organizing over 300 private and public events annually. Its mission is to be a world-leading source of independent analysis, informed discussion, and influential ideas on how to build a prosperous and secure world, undertaking rigorous research to shape policy and encourage new ideas.

Perspectives

Influence and Critiques of Elitism

  • Connections exist between Chatham House, the Pilgrims Society, and influential figures, suggesting the involvement of aristocracy and elite networks in governance and international affairs, impacting political appointments and societal structures.

  • Chatham House has faced scrutiny over perceived elitism, limited transparency in funding, and its alignment with interventionist foreign policy positions.

    Wikipedia

  • The concept of ‘the Chatham House version’ refers to a view of Middle Eastern history and politics propagated in its publications, which has been analyzed as contributing to British failures in the region due to a warped picture of events.

Role as an Independent Policy Institute

  • Chatham House describes itself as an independent policy institute that aims to be a leading source of analysis and debate on international affairs to build a prosperous and secure world.

  • The institute’s mission is pursued through open and confidential debates, independent analysis of global challenges, and by offering new ideas to decision-makers and shapers.

  • Chatham House experts provide analysis of current international events, including the impact of President Trump’s intervention in the war in Ukraine and the dynamics of BRICS summits.

At the G20 Summit, Carney falsely believes quantity is strength - what he intentionally, or pretends not to know, is that building, production, technology, and natural resources provide strength, not just numbers. He should be sensitive to this, as he is about to lose Alberta to the USA, which will result in Canadian resource exports declining by more than 50%. The Western Provinces of Canada have always funneled billions to Ottawa and received nothing but regulations that limit what they can do, and only partial realization of the funds they have generated; so, they are exiting for the USA. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, and Yukon. Quebec is now showing interest in the WEXIT as well.

It is the same scenario England faced when it abused the Colonies; history repeating itself.

Carney is feeling his oats after securing a $50 billion agreement with Ubodabi...

Meanwhile, Trump is telling Carney to hold his beer as he just came up with a $1 TRILLION deal with Saudi Arabia without the assistance of ANY global organizations and financial institutions.

Trump Locks British Warmongers Out of Ukraine Peace Talks

Reread that until you get what she is admitting… BTW, she also consults for the Soros Open Society Foundation.

What is keeping her from accomplishing this?

  • Trump’s peace negotiations.

  • Katherine Leavitt and JD Vances control of the narrative

The British Empire Elite relied upon 2 things…

  • perpetual war - keeps countries at each other’s throats

  • financial control (central banks and ‘free’ trade) - keeps the same countries at the mercy of their monetary power

Trump’s Economic Deals Expose the G20’s Irrelevance

Who DIDN’T show up to the G20?

  • President Trump

  • President Vladimir Putin

  • Xi Jinping

Everyone who is there is a wanna be leader like the above -

  • Ursula von der Leyen

  • Mark Carney

  • Friedrich Merz

  • Keir Starmer

  • Emmanuael Macron

  • and many others

They are having the kum-by-yah discussions on sustainability, gender equality, and climate change, while Trump is bringing in trillions through his bilateral meetings.

They are trying to ignore the fact that all they are seeing are the caboose lights of the Trump train…

And COP301?

Who wasn’t there?

  • President Trump

  • President Vladimir Putin

  • Xi Jinping

Even COP30 is backing off from the climate change movement, initiated by the British Empire Elites (see footnote on COP30)…

The Driving Force Behind Trump’s Revolution

President Trump has eliminated the

  • Climate Change Offices of the Department of Energy

  • Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy

  • Office of Clean Energy

All have been subordinated to an office focused on achieving real energy independence.

This is the new American system in action, no longer surrendering to imperial policies of free trade and environmentalism.

Trump’s victories on the international front …

  • Settling wars

  • Ending environmental insanity,

  • Forging incredible bilateral economic deals

are all part of the same revolution, restoring the American system that built us into a great industrial sovereign nation

It’s not just about tariffs and industry, here’s what makes the American system so powerful …

It’s about unleashing the creative power of the human mind to break old ways of thinking and discover something new and better.

While the imperial model is based on control over money and fixed resources,
the American system recognizes that human creativity can foster genuine physical growth and expand the pie.

This administration is now demonstrating that it knows it has to communicate that to the American people.

Every new job and every new factory created by these announcements builds up our middle class and strengthens, really strengthens, the industrial backbone of America.

And, you know, I view it differently; I used to view it as it’s great, great, great, the stock goes up.

I view everything as jobs now because I don’t care, I care about jobs.

Trump is pivoting from Wall Street to Main Street, from stock prices to wages.

But there’s something even deeper driving this revolution, something that America at its best has always excelled at:

Unleashing the creative powers of the human mind to break old ways of thinking and discover something new and better.

At a recent MAHA conference, RFK Jr. said…

... and that is you know that’s what science is it’s recognizing that convention is often wrong and that um the people who make advances on science almost 100 of the times are people who are willing to challenge orthodoxies and advance heterodoxies and and talk about new ways of thinking.

The Essence of the American System

The essence of the American system has always been

  • the willingness to challenge convention

  • to innovate

  • to reject the dead hand of imperial rule

When America operates on these principles, we become too powerful for any to control.

And it’s why the British Empire has always tried to destroy these American system policies.

Here’s what you need to understand…

While the global elite gathered at their increasingly irrelevant summits, Trump is busy rewriting the rules of international relations and economics.

He’s negotiating peace deals with Ukraine by excluding the warmongers.

He’s securing trillion-dollar investments while the G20 pretends it still matters.

He’s dismantling the climate change agenda that was designed to de-industrialize America.

And most importantly, he’s reviving the spirit that built this country into a superpower.

The British imperial system, which has controlled global finance and geopolitics for centuries, is watching its power slip away, and all its spokesmen can do is whimper about how Europe is not involved or how the center of gravity is shifting.

Well, they’re right about one thing.

The center of gravity is shifting, but not away from America; it’s shifting TO America.

CALL TO ACTION

Trump has shown us the path forward, but he can’t do it alone.

Building and production are key.

He needs an informed, educated citizenry - which includes digital warriors and citizen journalists - who can see through the fog of psyops and war to the strategic victory ahead.

To fight this and protect the future of our children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, you need to understand this fight at a deeper level and become part of our community that can think and act strategically, and not just react to the latest headlines.

We recommend that you closely follow …

You also need to educate those around you about what is really happening - way too many are watching the shells when they should be atching the shell game.

COP30 Climate Summit Outcomes and Perspectives

The 30th Conference of the Parties (COP30) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) concluded in Belém, Brazil, in November 2025. This annual global gathering brought together world leaders, scientists, non-governmental organizations, and civil society representatives to discuss actions against climate change. The conference aimed to advance key issues related to the climate goals established under the Paris Agreement. COP30 was initially scheduled to wrap up on November 21 but was extended into an extra day of negotiations, with plenaries continuing into the morning of November 22. The conference concluded with an agreement known as the “Global Mutirão,” a Brazilian term for collective effort.

A significant point of discussion and negotiation at COP30 was the lack of a unified roadmap to phase out fossil fuels. Despite calls from more than 80 countries for a detailed global plan to transition away from fossil fuels, this demand did not make it into the final text of the agreement. The term “fossil fuels” does not appear in the final COP30 decision text, known as the Global Mutirão. The agreement also did not include significant new initiatives to stop deforestation, even though the conference took place in the “gateway to the Amazon.”

Perspectives

COP30 was a disappointment and failed to address climate change

  • COP30 did not achieve anything new, and the final agreement was unable to include a legally binding roadmap for transitioning away from fossil fuels, which some countries had committed to in principle at COP28.

  • The conference’s outcome package, while adopted, does not fully match the urgency of the climate crisis, leaving the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people waiting for more ambition.

  • Radical green activists and UN officials expressed disappointment over the failure to declare an explicit deadline for phasing out fossil fuels and mandate dramatic increases in government spending on climate activism.

  • The United States’ absence from the summit contributed to the weak deal, which was seen as a win for petrostates.

COP30 achieved a hard-fought agreement with some successes despite challenges

  • After intense negotiations, countries adopted the COP30 outcome package, which included tripling adaptation finance and recognizing the need for increased emission reductions.

  • The conference saw the launch of key initiatives, such as the Green Digital Action Hub and the AI Climate Institute, and pledges of billions for nature-based solutions, emphasizing innovation and forest protection.

  • Some argue that despite a downbeat sentiment, COP30 was a success, with new national targets pointing to significant acceleration in emissions reductions beyond 2030.

  • The COP30 also saw advancements in structured themes like adaptation, mitigation, climate finance, and implementation, resulting in the approval of 29 texts through consensus among 129 countries.
