Moraes has been from the day Lula walked out of prison - Moraes has been smart in only inching his power higher instead of grabbing it altogether (which he could have done then, not so sure now). The ONLY way ANY government can stop Starlink is to send scrambling signals that cover their entire territory and THAT is not feasibly possible without creating problems with surrounding countries. Elon knew this from the get go and will utlize it to its highest potential for order.
"Starlink will provide free Internet for schools in Brazil if the government won't honor their contract."
Bottom line: The government is willing to sacrifice their student's education because Elon is fighting for free speech.
Also, it was Moraes that waived Lula's criminal charges and jail terms - Lula is beholding to Moraes, allowing Moraes to do whatever he damn well pleases.
History has shown us several examples of how something like this will end - Divine intervention is important but the people of Brazil still need to take action through their Senators.
