The reason we are not there yet - we have not yet reached the point where critical mass has chosen to be decisive. We are approaching it, but not there yet... Jefferson left something out when he said the tree of Liberty must be watered occasionally with the blood of tyrants and patriots: the human resolve MUST be decisive and discernment sharp to avoid such a predicament.
