Where does his net worth information come from? How is it measured? Tax returns? Business filings? Investments? How much debt does he have? Then we would have to assume that the information he supplies is honest....which is about as funny as it is ridiculous.
I love the idiotic argument that he "gives up his salary". That's like Taylor Swift donating all of the profits from selling paperweight with her picture on them. It's a minuscule amount of her income. Trump forfeiting his salary is a drop out of the bucket. Would you like to go over all of the ways he's enriched himself, his family, and enablers, in many cases by boldly leveraging his position in ways never seen before?
That's easy. Trump says and does things for 3 basic reasons; money, power, and ideology. Quite often some combination of all of them.
These things are designed to solidify the base and get them out to vote in the midterms. Money to enrich himself and his family, not through oil itself, but contracts he can hand out for favors, to repair, rebuild, transport….
Power. He and his supporters love violence, especially when it gets the people they hate, in this case Muslims. Radical christian evangelicals; holy war, armageddon, and fulfilment of end days prophecy. The neocons, who love war, and your average racist/bigot who just wants to “get the Muslims”, but don't think much deeper than that.

Each one of those wars either were where both sides had already reached a point of exhaustion, or he inserted himself where the conflict would have stopped without him, or where the fighting really hasn't stopped......it is a grand stretch to claim he's "stopped wars". Trump isn't intelligent enough to form an ideology. He stumbled onto fascism in his first term, but wasn't able to fully grasp it, or nurture it. But he learned, and he surrounded himself with loyalists who know how to enact fascism far better than he does, like Stephen Miller, Bannon, Flynn, Hegseth, Petef Thiel....He has no religion, no morals, no values, no ethics. He knows that he wants fascism and the power it gives him. But he does know how to use ideology, to win favor with his base. Recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel was a clear gift to radical evangelical fundamentalists. It's another step towards end days prophecy. He is purely transactional. His ideology is very simple. It's fascism, even though he doesn't fully understand it. He certainly understands it much more today than 10 years ago.
We've never seen a President crave and fight for this level of power. Wanting to control the Federal Reserve and interest rate policy? Rendering congress impotent with his desire to control the purse strings? Wanting to declare Martial Law? Wanting to suspend the constitution?
