Kevin Rayburn has a special role in stealing next year’s Midterm Elections.
As an attorney for the U.S. Post Office (USPS), he writes its rules regarding mail-in ballots.
Sometime in the future, mail-in ballots will be processed through the Post Office without requiring postmarks.
“A Final Rule will be published in the Federal Register with an effective date listed for when the change will take effect.” - USPS Ethics Dept.
Rayburn wrote the new rules on Aug. 15th.
They make stealing elections easier.
