About Dr. Jack Kruse
Dr. Jack Kruse is a neurosurgeon and optimal health educator known for his work in circadian biology, light therapy, and environmental health.
He is the CEO of Kruse Longevity Center, a health and wellness company focused on helping patients avoid healthcare burdens as they age.
Kruse's approach to health optimization was significantly influenced by a personal health awakening in 2007, when he suffered a torn meniscus at 357 lbs.
This experience led him to study physics, light, magnetism, and electricity, concluding that modern medicine lacked a deep understanding of human function in relation to the natural world.
He has since written extensively on the Paleo diet and the brain-gut connection, and published his first book, Epi-Paleo Rx: The Prescription for Disease Reversal and Optimal Health, in 2013.
His research and teachings emphasize "Quantum Biology" which considers light, water, and magnetism as key factors in health and performance.
Kruse maintains a popular blog that attracts a global audience and continues to share new insights based on his ongoing research.
He has been a guest on podcasts such as Tetragrammaton with Rick Rubin, discussing topics including the impact of artificial light on cells and the connection between human health and Bitcoin's promise of individual sovereignty.
In 2020, he published a series of articles on hypoxia, discussing topics such as blue light's effects and the impact of masks.
