Podcast feed at the top, introduction followed by a video, and for posts containing a lot of detail, we add snapshots and notes to fill in the gaps. Nothing clickbaitish about it. As for a document, we recommend using the transcript, as it is pulled right off the audio of the video.
This is a very odd format. It looks like clickbait. Can it be boiled down into a document without videos?
