The Power Behind Trump's RICO Suit
What Hillary screamed abut after an interview with Matt Lauer providing an unapproved question on her email scandal is about to come true
From NOLO.com…
Passed in 1970, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is a federal law designed to combat organized crime in the United States.
It allows prosecution and civil penalties for racketeering activity performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
Such activity may include illegal gambling, bribery, kidnapping, murder, money laundering, counterfeiting, embezzlement, drug trafficking, slavery, and a host of other unsavory business practices.
To convict a defendant under RICO, the government must prove that the defendant engaged in two or more instances of racketeering activity and that the defendant directly invested in, maintained an interest in, or participated in a criminal enterprise affecting interstate or foreign commerce.
The law has been used to prosecute members of the mafia, the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, and Operation Rescue, an anti-abortion group, among many others.
Before RICO, it was a challenge to prosecute anyone that knew how to ‘get something done’ while keeping thei hands ‘clean’…
Example: the FBI could not get Al Capone as he was slick in delegating the hits he wanted to others. So, they worked with the IRS to get Capone on tax evasion. If RICO existed at that time, it would have been much easier for law enforcement and the courts to deal with Capone and the other gangs as well.
Fast forward to the 1980s when Rudy Giuliani took down 5 mafia families in New York City with the help of the FBI and if you haven’t heard. Donald Trump.
Not too many knew Trump was an informant for the FBI - and as far as we know he still could be, which may explain how he knew who and who wasn’t corrupt at the agency before becoming President.
This also explains all the images everyone sees during this time period of Trump with many of the dark figures of the time, which the Liberals foolishly used against Trump during his campaigning and Presidency.
Back to the power of RICO lawsuits…
Without RICO, the sentencing of the guilty is usually negotiated between lawyers in information exchange - which is why many are upset that someone can walk after a short term in jail for a dastardly deed.
With RICO, each crime is piled on top of the other, and the charges and sentencing can pile up infinitely.
This is possible as the status of the individual and/or organizations has already been established as racketeers and/or corrupt.
Last week (21-25 March 2022) there was a trifecta for the legal system…
» Trump's 108-page lawsuit to the Russia collusion group (DLN Library)
» Hunter's laptop emails providing evidence that he assisted in providing millions to Ukraine for bio labs (1st published by the dailyMailUK) (RT | archive)
» Issa's warning to all involved to not delete nor destroy any documents related to their coordination and collusion in the Hunter Biden laptop scandal (JustTheNews | archive)
Since the 2020 election, Trump and his legal team have been working daily on the logistics necessary to file a RICO lawsuit against ALL the leaders that headed up the “Russian collusion” attack on him even while he was President.
Remember Hillary’s yelling to Donna Brazile and staff (archive) for Matt Lauer asking an unapproved question about her email scandal?
“If that f – – – ing bastard wins, we all hang from nooses!“
You best believe that is highly probable as a result of this RICO filing…
