The Dying MSM Is Talking How Donald Trump Will Undermine the Independence of the DOJ

When was the DOJ independent?
1. Under Obama a billion-dollar criminal enterprise run by Hezbollah was let off the hook.
2. Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Holder, Lynch, Fauci, and Mayorkas - all lied to Congress not one was prosecuted.
3. Not one FBI official who lied to the FISA court to spy on both candidate, Trump and President Trump was ever held accountable.
4. Hillary Clinton was allowed to delete 33,000 emails and use bleach on her server in the middle of an ongoing investigation and there were zero consequences.
5. 36 pro-life facilities were firebombed, and under oath, Garland said that the reason there has been very little accountability is because he couldn’t find the criminals who were working at night.
6. 51 former intelligence officials lied when they said that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, were they ever charged with election interference? They didn’t even have their security clearance pulled.
7. Has the Department of Justice under either Obama or Biden ever even attempted to crack down on sanctuary cities? No.
8. Where was the full-scale investigation into the 300,000+ children who were lost under this administration?
9. It is against federal law to protest outside the homes of Supreme Court justices. Merrick Garland never once even attempted to hold anybody accountable for violating that law after Dobbs.
10. The Department of Justice under Joe Biden dropped 2000 felony charges against BLM rioters the moment Joe Biden took office.
11. Was the Dobbs leaker ever prosecuted? No.
12. Hunter Biden had images of naked underage girls on his laptop. A laptop that was introduced into evidence by our own FBI in an unrelated court case. Did the DOJ ever prosecute him for having child pornography? No.
13. When Joe Biden stole classified documents as vice president, was he ever prosecuted for this? No, he was not.
14. Merrick Garland himself violated a congressional subpoena, and unlike Republicans, who were thrown in prison for doing so, there were no consequences.
So please stop lecturing all of us about DOJ independence because the most politically partisan Department of Justice that we have ever seen in this country happened under Obama and Biden.

It is interesting to note that the sources listed below who agree with the DOJ needing to be independent are oblivious to or pretending not to know this one fact - and are Democrats, not Republicans
Absolutely no where in our Constitution nor its Amendments has independence been given to any of the three - they operate off of a system of checks and balances, NOT independence.
