To say non-citizens have rights citizens have, then

• why have passports?

• Why have a naturalization process to become a citizen??

• Why have borders???

• Why even bother with a Constitution in the first place????

Based on this ruling…

Illegal immigrants can
but U.S. citizens cannot carry a gun
in the most heavily gun-controlled jurisdiction in the U.S.?????

Liberal Judges are doing precisely that -

• slowly eliminating the need for passports

• making a mockery of the naturalization process

• questioning the need for borders, and

• keeping U.S. citizens from carrying a gun while illegals have free reign with guns

• eliminate the need for any constitution, never mind our Constitution

All of this sounds far-fetched, but is it?

Within the last 2 generations, we have gone from

• keeping the Bible from being taught, even present, in our school systems (in the spiritual realm, one leaves the other dominates, or haven’t you noticed?)

• having gun show’ntells in our schools to the need to have armed guards in our schools

• having an administration permitting our borders - north and south - to be so porous we have no clue

  • how many millions of illegal immigrants are in our country (just ask any CBP officer, the ‘official’ number is ridiculously low)

  • what diseases they are carrying (some that have been wiped out for 20+ years are not ‘suddenly’ appearing)

  • what criminal history they may have (crimes by illegal immigrants has sky-rocketed)

And now we are giving them the “right” to carry a gun as soon as they cross the border?

But if you are a U.S. citizen, especially in Blue jurisdictions, you can’t carry one or need to go through a heavily vetted process to obtain one legally?

Given all this,
wouldn’t charging a U.S. citizen for carrying a gun
be biased on oh-so-many levels?

The fact that Bill of Rights court decisions and rulings can be applied, even over-applied, to non-citizens needs to be HEAVILY contested in the legislative branch.

Why have sovereignty if any person from outside our borders can hide behind our rights?

There is only one answer to that one - to eliminate sovereignty.

And it is happening everywhere it is being permitted.

An illegal immigrant was wrongly banned from possessing guns, according to a recent ruling.

A federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 922, bars illegal immigrants from carrying guns or ammunition.

Prosecutors charged Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, the illegal alien, in 2020 after he was found in Chicago carrying a semi-automatic pistol despite “knowing he was an alien illegally and unlawfully in the United States.”U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman rejected 2 motions to dismiss, but the 3rd motion, based on a 2022 U.S. Supreme Court ruling, triggered the dismissal of the case on March 8.

Judge Coleman, appointed under President Barack Obama, wrote in her 8-page ruling…

The noncitizen possession statute, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Carbajal-Flores. Thus, the court grants Carbajal-Flores’ motion to dismiss. ...
