Moraes Corrupted the Brazil Supreme Court Decision Against Jair Bolsonaro
The above is an image of the courtroom where FIVE Brazilian Supreme Court Justices determined the fate of Jair Bolsonaro and handed him a 43-year sentence for a crime that had no evidence.
5…
Problem is, there are ELEVEN Supreme Court Justices - missing are the Justices who leaned towards or favored Bolsonaro.
They lie when they say they want to protect the democracy…
The Brazil Supreme Court has 11 justices and uses a "turmas" system: two fixed panels of 5 justices each (First and Second Turma), excluding the president.
Turmas handle cases like criminal actions for efficiency, while the full plenary decides major issues.
Cases are assigned via random rapporteur selection, determining the turma.
So this supposed coup was not a major issue, but then again, without any evidence, it was not a criminal action - so Moraes once again is skirting the law to his convenience and agenda.
