Can an appeal be filed; one that is 2 fold. I would like arguments define naturalize as well as subject to the jurisdiction of as written in the 14 th amendment. As I read the 14 amendment, the child is the American citizen not the child s parents thus I define naturalized as the child. The child is naturalized since the child is born on American soil. The child is subject to jurisdiction as the natural born citizen in a state within United States. The parents are subject to jurisdiction of….? The parents are not naturalized citizens nor born in a state but are residents within a state located in America ! The child receives the entitlements not the parents they are subject to the jurisdiction of….(China)? Hello China send money for housing your parents food and etc!
