Charlie Kirk's widow Erika is expected in Utah this week.
Charlie's parents will also be in attendance.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the killing of Charlie Kirk.
The 5-day preliminary hearing starts Monday and will be the first time members of the Kirk family will be in the Utah courtroom with defendant Tyler Robinson.
