Whenever an entity known for its sluggishness suddenly pushes a specific course of action in an alarming rate, it is time to escalate this problem to SCOTUS, forget the district courts.
Two types of law are so evident only an infant child would miss it.
If a corporate entity were to destroy evidence to attempt to avoid legal liability to an injured party, the legal and financial consequences are unthinkable.
But not in today's world of corrupt courts and judges.
