No electricity, no running water, no modern anything...

From start to finish, how was a turkey cooked 227 years ago?

Turkey, cranberry, potatoes, and corn are all native to the Americas, so they are a vital part of our food culture and identity as Americans.

No Thanksgiving here is complete without them.

The first Thanksgiving was also said to have deer and duck on the menu.

This was harder than expected!
