Newsom is such a competent legislator. Just look at the high speed rail project, his pet project, the outrageous taxes on gas and diesel.
When he needs more cash he just raises taxes and adds fees. The Democrats way of governing. And throwing money at illegals and the welfare state.
All to buy votes.
