Preface

With FEMA bullying those impacted by the devastation of both hurricanes Helene and Milton, we became painfully aware that many were not aware of the power of Trespass.

The power of Trespass first came up in the early COVID years (2020-2021) when all levels of government violated everyone’s freedom and liberties “for the greater good” - a phrase found in every pillar document of both Socialism and Communism (this is no surprise as once you understand when a country embraces Socialism, communism is awaiting an entrance shortly thereafter).

Everyone knows our Constitution starts with, “We the People”

Our education system has schooled many to overlook the power of those 3 words as well as the importance of them being placed as the first 3 words of our Constitution.

However, some have been educated on the fact that our Constitution lists exactly what a government can do and that the balance of the powers of our Constitution belongs to the people.

In other words, the people should never be complacent nor passive about any government - local, state, or federal - or their agencies, especially when they are bullying the people.

How to protect your privacy & property plus know your rights

If a government agent or assignee comes to your property, it will be important to those who wish to protect their privacy and property to KNOW THEIR RIGHTS.

You do not have to answer ANY QUESTIONS or make ANY STATEMENTS to ANY GOVERNMENT AGENT or assignee. (5th Amendment of the US Constitution and corresponding section of your State Constitution)

Simply asking an agent to identify themselves does not waive your Rights.

You have the Right to be free from any government agent or assignee entering your property, your home, or your business without a properly obtained warrant per the 4th and 5th Amendments of the US Constitution and corresponding sections of your State Constitution.

Simply demanding a copy of that warrant does not waive your Rights.

You have the Right to tell any government agent or assignee to leave your property if they cannot produce a properly obtained warrant. (4th and 5th Amendments of the US Constitution and corresponding sections of your State Constitution.)

Simply demanding an agent or assignee of the government to leave your property does not waive your Rights.

If a government agent or assignee refuses to leave your property or returns to your property after being warned against entering or returning, that agent or assignee has committed the crime of Trespass and is subject to arrest. (State Law, 4th & 5th Amendments to the US Constitution and corresponding sections of State Constitution as confirmed by Supreme Court Opinions).

You have the Right to record through audio, video, or photographic recording of any government agent or assignee on your property, either with or without consent of that agent or assignee (multiple Federal Court Opinions recognize that the First Amendment plainly protects the filming of officers and public agents).

HAND THE COMPLETED FORM DIRECTLY TO THE AGENT OR ASSIGNEE WHILE TELLING THEM THEY MUST NOW LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS.

You should have your address pre-written on the form and as the need arises, fill in the date and time.

It is highly recommended that you take a picture of the agent you are serving the warning so you may then prove that this person has been issued a formal Trespass Warning.

Only just last month have building permits been issued to those wanting to rebuild - a full 13 months later.

One governor stated the following…

Our request: Those helping in rescue and recovery will need to print as many as they can and share them with those they find needing help.

We the People is a bond - the Appalachian people are showing their strength but they still need advice on top of everything else.

This form will go a long way in keeping FEMA from bullying the people as well as starting any form of land grabs they have already started.

For the land they have already grabbed, return to your land with this form with your video already recording what you are doing as well as who you are talking to and their actions and words.

You should have your address pre-written on the form and as the need arises, fill in the date and time.

And tell them they need to pack up and leave immediately.

It is highly recommended to have someone from the Sheriff’s department with you as a sign of force of the people.

If your Sheriff’s department is reneging on their oath, remind them they have an oath as they were elected by the people.

If they still renege, ask around for a lawyer who will stand with you as well as take pictures or videos of those reneging - and be sure to vote someone of better character into the Sheriff’s position in your next election.

If you have time and the means, impeach them soonest and appoint someone you know who will abide by their oath as a new Sheriff.
