An Important Yet Dire Warning from the Nobel Laureate of Physics for AI

His speech was a warning that was eloquently delivered making it easy to dismiss the sense of urgency within the speech for most ‘commoners’…

Your Majesties, Your Royal Highness’s, Laureates, Ladies and Gentlemen…

This year the Nobel committees in Physics and Chemistry have recognized the dramatic progress being made in a new form of artificial intelligence that uses artificial neural networks to learn how to solve difficult computational problems.

This new form of AI excels at modeling human intuition rather than human reasoning and it will enable us us to create highly intelligent and knowledgeable assistants who will increase productivity in almost all Industries.

If the benefits of the increased productivity can be shared equally it will be a wonderful advance for all humanity.

Unfortunately, the rapid progress in AI comes with many short-term risks.

It has already created divisive Echo Chambers by offering people content that makes them indignant.

It is already being used by authoritarian governments for massive surveillance and by cyber criminals for phishing attacks.

In the near future, AI may be used to create terrible new viruses and horrendous lethal weapons that decide by themselves who to kill or maim.

All of these short-term risks require urgent and forceful attention from governments and international organizations.

There is also a longer term existential threat that will arise when we create digital beings that are more intelligent than ourselves.

We have no idea whether we can stay in control
but we now have evidence that if they are created by companies motivated by short-term profits, our safety will not be (their) top priority.

We urgently need research on how to prevent these new beings from wanting to take control they are no longer science fiction

Hinton’s Official Interview

The Nobel Prizes are awarded annually by several independent prize-awarding institutions designated by Alfred Nobel’s will. These institutions meet to choose the laureate(s) in each field by a majority vote, and their decision cannot be appealed. While Alfred Nobel established the prizes and his estate provides the funding, various Swedish and Norwegian organizations are responsible for the selection process for different prize categories. A sixth prize, the Prize in Economic Sciences, was established in 1968 by Sveriges Riksbank (Sweden’s central bank) in memory of Alfred Nobel.

Our Observations

Do we really need research on how to prevent these new being from wanting to take control? Do we not either keep control or forfeit control?

Lack of discernment, wisdom, and knowledge always results in the forfeit of control - not to mention, just because we can do something does not mean we should do it as we still have to weigh in whether that stifles our God-given freedom and liberties.

This has been the case throughout all of the history of mankind.

There are other elements contributing to the warning Geoffrey Hinton gave - though most are out of scope for his speech, none are innocent in the contribution to the problems we are about to face with AI.

These elements are detailed here - some of you already know most if not all of this, and it may be new to some of you.

We only present this on occasion as the knowledge is easily gained when not using any legacy tools to retrieve such information.

That means we do not use Google, Wikipedia, the global mainstream media, nor filtered documents and books to research our content.

ICYMI - filtered documents and books are written by anyone other than the original author. The publishing industry uses this intensively and this has naturally lead to so much watering down and manipulation of the original content that many “authors” are falsely given credence for ‘new’ ideas.

Publishing companies will also have authors use designated ‘resources’ for research use, thereby promoting their own previously published content within a new book.

All of this, along with Amazon’s self-publishing options, have lead many authors to avoid publishing houses altogether and self-promote their own work. Yes, they lose leverage, but the save the integrity of the work from filtering in the ideas of others.

The Royalties of Europe

The 1st element is the audience - the first 2 categories of which he shares as Majesties and Royal Highness’s.

If you have been keeping up with your due diligence as well as following our posts, especially those from Promethean Updates, you already know that most of our problems have their origin in many (but not all) Royal families in Europe.

They are desperately trying to hold onto power, have been jealous of the United States since before 1776, and have been trying at every turn they can to force an implosion within our country.

Why? So they can come ‘rescue us’ by offering the globalism solutions.

They are not about to let the powerfully dominant leverage AI can give pass them by either.

Strategies That Will Be Augmented, even Taken Over, by AI - IF We Permit it

The following strategies have been successfully implemented by globalists first within the U.S. then globally - successfully in sovereignties but not globally, YET…

If you have read the works of Saul Alinsky, Cloward, and Piven then you know they only summarized what has been going on for centuries…

The Cloward-Piven strategy is a method of destabilization, aiming to overwhelm systems and potentially lead to collapse.

This strategy is presented as a means to destroy countries and is being implemented globally.

It can involve both traditional and digital versions, with the latter being compared to clogging sewers due to its effectiveness.

The ultimate goal is to overwhelm the system, potentially causing shortages, increasing dependence on government, and triggering economic collapse.

Saul Alinsky’s book Rules for Radicals is his best known work.

His book aims to be a guide for future community organizers, particularly for “Have-Nots” to gain social, political, legal, environmental, and economic wealth and power by using Machiavellian principles.

It compiles lessons Alinsky learned from his organizing experiences between 1939 and 1971.

His book provides lessons on how to unite people into an active grassroots organization capable of affecting change and is often described as a manual for confrontational tactics.

Barrack Obama was very influential in combining both of the above, implementing them in the U.S. as a Manchurian President, AND teaching royal families and global leaders how to utilize them.

On May 19, 2017, Trump initiated a global tour of nations - Obama shadowed him and he wasn’t there to convince the same leaders Trump was wrong, Obama gave them the knowledge he used to start the problems in the United States.

Also note which nations were very supportive (and still are) of Trump, like Saudi Arabia, and which were just casual - like the Royal families of Europe.

He continued his tour into Asia in November, conducting the longest trip to Asia by an American president in 25 years - he rallied Asian nations to address North Korea, outlined his vision for the Indo-Pacific, and promoted fair trade.

He also announced new policies to enhance border security, including stricter visa and immigration vetting and withdrawing from negotiations on the Global Compact on Migration.

So what does all of the above have to do with the price of tea in China?

Most on social media follow accounts that line-up with their feelings - I believe everyone has experienced this by now.

Our publicly funded education system and higher education institutes have exploited this by avoiding exposure to critical thinking and sound reasoning that comes through reading the classics starting with Greek and Roman authors to those of late.

Hence, we have lost at least TWO generations to selfish dopamine hits by those who agree with their propensity to pump out shallow comments - mostly due to fake accounts that are manned to manipulate the non-thinking and highly emotional account users.

Not all in those 2 generations are following suit, thank God - and most of them have been blessed with a privately funded education (such as, but not limited to, Hillsdale College and Liberty University).

The division in the social media world of the 2010s has spilled over into the real world of the 2020s, which is EXACTLY what the powers-to-be wanted to happen.

What the powers-to-be did not count on is the social media and real world being dominated by the voices of critical thinking and sound reasoning that only God-fearing Christians can accomplish.

Then they made the mistake of assassinating the leader of all this - resulting in an explosion of the very thing they did NOT want to happen.

The powers-to-be will still use the mindless to attempt to dominate as much as they can, but they have not learned that this tactic is already failing, and failing BIG.

THIS is the battle, correction - the war, of our First Amendment as well as our Second Amendment.

You cannot not have either if both are not protected - lose one, we lose the other, so they must both be protected just as zealously, and with decisive, strategic actions.

And THAT has to happen on every level - including AI.
